When a chronic back and groin injury stopped me from training with the GB squad, I received treatment from tons of different Physios, Chiros and Osteopaths without any success. Only when a team mate told me to see his “miracle worker/chiropractor” Bob Griffiths at Pro Performance Clinics, did I see truly breathtaking results. His treatment techniques were so effective I was back to full time training within 2 weeks, fully fit and stronger than before. I cannot thank him enough, his expert skill, knowledge and relaxed manner are why I trust him 100%.

I came to the Chiropractor, Robert Griffiths (Bob) after about 2 years of having back pain in both my lower and upper back. Being a 21 year old I did not think that I should be experiencing this pain. I had tried all sorts of different treatments, having seen 2 Physiotherapists, 1 Osteopath, 2 Acupuncturists and 1 doctor who specialised in back rehabilitation. None of these people had been able to solve the problem, and so I came looking to try a different treatment not necessarily expecting that it would actually solve the problem. Bob was really professional and only diagnosed me after taking an X-ray and being sure of what the problem was. With a mixture of chiropractic treatment and exercises the progress has been astounding. 2 or 3 months down the line and I now have no pain in my lower back and nearly all the pain in my upper back has gone. I am confident that in no time I will be fully recovered. My biggest regret was not coming to see him sooner, I would not have had to spend the last 2 years in pain unnecessarily.
Bob is a very professional and clearly a very good Chiropractor. I would (and in actual fact will) definitely recommend him to anyone with back pain.
Arthur, Sony UK
I cannot recommend chiropractor Robert Griffiths more highly. He has a remarkable level of expertise and skill that is safe and extraordinarily effective. He has provided me with serious relief from pain and dysfunction.
On my last visit, he manipulated my neck and to my astonishment the shoulder pain that had been with me for the previous eighteen months immediately reduced by about 90%! I had been involved in an accident, some eighteen months previously, and had been diagnosed as having a brachial plexus traction injury. A rather large lump of calcium was additionally diagnosed as sitting on the supraspinatus tendon in my shoulder. Although the calcium had been injected and this had certainly helped, I simply couldn’t relieve the constant shoulder pain, until this manipulation. My neck has a tendency to ’stiffen up’ and indeed this has happened to a certain degree over the past two weeks and perhaps as a result of this, the shoulder pain has partially returned. It is however nothing like it was before and thus I am happily returning to Rob for another session!
Joanna, Physiotherapist
Bob is the most positive, friendly and knowledgeable chiro I’ve ever been too, he always has time to answer my questions (I ask a lot of them) and he always fixes my problems. Thanks for everything.
Kerry Donald, Swimmer
I came to see chiropractor Doctor of Chiropractic, Bob Griffiths as a “chiro-sceptic.” As clichéd as it sounds, I had tried everything else to resolve my back and shoulder pain. I started as Quasimodo; 7 weeks later, my posture is significantly improved and the pain has dissipated – for the long term. Thank you.
Daniel T, Lawyer
I would like to thank Robert Griffiths for the brilliant therapy I received from him recently. I have had problems with my lower back for 20 years and as time has gone on have been advised that I should give up exercise, particularly running, however exercise is the one thing I can’t live without. What I liked instantly about Robert was that he was quick to diagnose my problem and dispel many of the myths I had been told by other practitioners. He also advised after only a couple of months of therapy that I could continue with exercise if I adequately cared for my back and continued to strengthen my core muscles in the way he had taught me. Many thanks Robert for all your help and knowledge!

I saw Rob Griffiths recently for pain in my lower back/hip – actually my SI joint. I’m in my early 30s and it was quite scary to be in so much pain, especially because I’m pretty active so the prospect of not being able to do all the stuff I take for granted was depressing. From the first session Rob, who was really friendly and kind, reassured me that we would be able to get it sorted. He did some x rays which revealed the true extent of my poor posture and that I have one leg shorter than the other, which explains why I walk a bit funny (this was later denied by lying friends). Rob fitted me with some orthotics to correct this and taught me some core exercises to help me maintain a better posture. As my body re-aligned itself I found I had other areas of pain in my back which he sorted out for me through manipulation and acupuncture
After about six weeks the pain was almost completely gone and I was able to pick up all my hobbies where I had left off. I stopped seeing Rob a few weeks ago, and since then I have also noticed that I’m able to be on my feet all day without feeling stiff, and am generally more comfortable when out and about. I’m really grateful to Rob, not only for reassuring me and fixing the problem I went to him with, but for helping me gain a better understand of my body and how to take care of it.
Laura Rogers, Business Owner
I was recommended to see Rob Griffiths by a friend. I had seen an Osteopath and although the treatment was helping I was still in a great deal of discomfort. I actually thought that I was going to just have to live with the discomfort and pain. I went to see Rob and after a few sessions I started to see the benefit. I would recommend Rob to anyone who is considering seeing a chiropractor. Friendly and very professional. Although I hope not to have to visit again too soon, I would definitely go back to Rob if I needed it.
Steve Robinson, Squash Player
I first went to see Rob Griffiths in June this year when I was in considerable pain after slipping a disc in my upper back. It was the first time I’d gone to a chiropractor and I was a little nervous about what the treatment entailed. I needn’t have worried. Rob is a highly-skilled and empathetic practitioner. He kept me fully informed at all stages about the treatment and together with some really helpful exercises, I am now virtually symptom-free and on the road to full recovery. Thanks very much Rob for your patience and expertise.
Tony Murray, Lecturer
I was recommended chiropractor Bob Griffiths by a friend. She swore by him. I was a little cautious, as I had heard chiropractic and anything to do with your back must be treated with caution. Well, when I saw the tall striking figure of Robert Griffiths greet me at his Broadgate clinic I knew I was in safe hands. He has an exceptional bedside manner. He is a wonderful listener. I felt comfortable, and being naturally inquisitive, I was asking every question I could think of he knew all the answers, and has a way of conveying them in an easy-to-understand way. After a few initial sessions, where through guided commentary I was aware of the procedure he recommended, my spine was manipulated to ease the pain. The pain I was suffering from was in my lower disc. I had torn it slightly. I had bad posture, and bad habits. Bob Griffiths coaxed me into a healthier way of conducting my daily routine of sitting at a desk, then on a sofa, then in a bed, then at a desk, and so on. Around 6 or 7 sessions later and I was noticing real improvements as I was conducting the core exercises he taught me and doing as he said. I trust him. What he says is working. He’s fixing me and making me feel so much more mobile and ready to tackle anything. He’s a real gent and I want to thank Bob for the professional and excellent service he has afforded me over the last few months. The best in London.
Simon Turner, Marketing Director
Just two weeks prior to a charity cycle ride from London to Paris (for which I had been in training for several months) I felt my right groin muscle tear whist dismounting my bicycle. This was the one thing I hadn’t planned for. The Google Gods however smiled upon me for they delivered me to chiropractor Robert Griffiths. As a fellow cyclist, Robert fully understood the problem. He was adamant on the first visit that I will be able to complete the long ride. Two weeks of intensive therapy later incorporating massage, adjustments, laser, acupuncture (and I’m now suspecting voodoo black magic) and I set off from London to Paris.
I made it – Thanks to Robert’s work. I couldn’t recommend him more. His methodology draws on all the effective eastern and western practices to deliver outstanding results. Thanks once again Robert!
Hoomaan Missaghi, CEO and Cyclist
I came to chiropractor Robert Griffiths two months ago suffering from excruciating pain due to Sciatica – I had suffered from limited movement and was very concerned that I would need surgery for my prolapsed disc. From day 1, Robert instilled confidence in me that if I followed his instructions, my pain would significantly reduce. I cannot praise Robert highly enough: From the spinal manipulation and other techniques to the helpful advice on orthotics, to his helpful exercises and other advice, the results are clear to see: I am entirely pain free. Robert is very knowledgeable, is utterly happy to impart this knowledge and you feel that nothing is too much trouble for him. I would recommend Rob with no hesitation to anyone suffering from similar conditions. Thank you, Robert.
Gil Lidor, Finance Director
Many thanks to Robert Griffiths: He relieved me from years of chronic pain when I was running. What made distinguished him from previous clinicians I had seen before was:
A) The time he took to answer all my questions (thank you for the patience!)
B) The quality of treatment and advice (the problem is now fixed)
C) His superb knowledge which allowed him to get to the root of the problem.
Thank you also very much for the training advice – I’m still working hard on my exercises! I can honestly recommend him to everyone!”
George Wallner, City analyst and long distance runner
France conquered from East to West (854 miles) by bike with two knees, that had they been a building would have been condemned! Without the professional support and patience of Robert Griffiths, his confidence in my capabilities, ability to motivate and authority to make sure I didn’t give up at any stage over the last year, I would not have made it. I have been thoroughly impressed by what Rob does, the training, skills and knowledge involved and most importantly the results. Thank you and best wishes for the future!
Julie Green, EBRD & Duathlete
Rob was fantastic. Not only did he treat my chronic back ache but he also gave great advice on what I should be doing to prevent it reoccurring. I would definitely recommend Rob.
M Dey, RBS
My thanks to Robert Griffiths who has set me on the path to recovering from a back problem which was fast approaching a point where I would not have been able to work. A spot on diagnosis and excellent treatment, delivered in a relaxed and friendly manner, over a handful of sessions means I am now operating pain free.
Robert helped me understand the causes of my back problem and the lifestyle changes necessary to stay healthy. A few well-chosen core strengthening exercises thrown in for good measure seem to be doing the trick for me. It is my intention to attend Robert’s clinic again for follow up sessions to make sure I don’t have a recurring problem in the future.
Kevin Holden, Trader
Rob is very friendly and made me feel at ease. Rob was excellent at diagnosing the problem and outlining the solution. After a few sessions I was back together again. Rob also gave me a few simple exercises to prevent any further problems. I’m going to have regular check-ups just to ensure that everything is maintained in alignment, prevention being better than cure.

Thanks Rob, you have really sorted my neck and back problems!! 5 star treatment!!
Sophia, CFO and Triathlete
Having suffered a spinal injury 8 years ago, I have been lucky to get away with minimal damage, but over the years other back problems have resulted. I suffered great lower back pain and tried several physios and doctors including steroid injections into the facet joints. As a racing driver (champion 2009 at the Nurburgring) it is key to have flexibility in the lower spine. Chiropractor Robert Griffiths was the only person who was able to free up my lower spine and provide advice on how to help myself to keep this problem at bay. I highly recommend Rob!
Sean Paul Breslin, Racing Driver
Having had a fall in the shower, I went to two doctors who diagnosed the pain I had around the coccyx area as a fracture. Not content (or trusting) of their diagnosis – they both refused to x-ray the area, I had an appointment with Chiropractor Robert Griffiths. He was fantastic and after two x-rays, he told me that my coccyx was dislocated. After one appointment, I was feeling much better with virtually no pain and after that I received some treatment to completely mend any stiffness. Thank you so much to Bob Griffiths for your help and after care service. I would highly recommend his clinic for any back pain.

I am an American Professional Opera Singer who frequently travels to London for work and auditions. Since I found Chiropractor Robert Griffiths in 2007, I have been more than pleased with the care that he provides. He is a brilliant Doctor and I completely trust him and highly recommend him to anyone….especially for other singers who frequent London. He not only offers the finest of chiropractic care in terms of spinal manipulations, but he also does fantastic muscle work – both manual and with acupuncture. I look forward to continuing to see him in the future. They are all so very friendly and helpful.
Amy Shoremount-Obra, Professional Opera Singer
I cannot praise Robert Griffiths at Pro Performance Clinics enough. I came to see him in extreme low back pain, almost unable to walk, after numerous meetings with other Physios and Osteopaths and Surgeons who lacked the secret ingredients of skill and understanding. Robert has taken me from believing I might not work again, to almost pain free in a little over 2 months. I feel stronger now than I have in years and I cannot recommend him enough. Many thanks”
Simeon Morris, Art Director & Swimmer
To Robert Griffiths, Thank you for your continued excellent support and guidance in solving my lower back problems. As a 26 year old, having the ability to be able to tie my shoelaces once again is quite a joy! I am now in the process of preaching/converting my new found love for Chiropractic to all other fellow layabouts and desk jockeys who are also destined for such pains.
Anthony Boland, Broker
Rob Griffiths has helped me more in the past 6 weeks with the pain in my feet (Plantar Fasciitis) than my GPs have done in a year. He offered me hope from the first consultation. With the help of massage, acupuncture and ultrasound I am now able to continue with exercise and daily activities without pain.
Julie C, Nurse
I had a painful coccyx for a while before I went to see a chiropractor. Robert Griffiths was recommended and I can see why. He put me at ease immediately and sorted the problem out with only a few sessions. He is lovely with a good sense of humour that you actually forget you’re at a doctor of chiropractic.
Janine Hoggins, Fortnum & Mason
I was appalled at the apathy of my GP at providing anti-inflammatories and leaving me to suffer – he actually told me there was no point in my returning after just one GP visit with no inspection! After nearly a year of coccyx pain and being brushed off by my GP and crude manipulation at a teaching school who then gave up on me, I found Chiropractor Robert Griffiths in London (see http://www.coccyx.org – Doctors and specialists in the UK). After X-ray assessment a dislocation was clearly seen in the coccyx and manipulated back with supplemental treatment to reduce inflammation.
The key was that Robert persevered and continued treatment over a number of visits. Major progress has been made and I can only wish that I had seen Rob from the beginning and saved myself a year of increasing pain. There is no quick fix and so planned treatment over time should be expected but you must seek this level of specialist intervention as soon as possible.
John, Accountant
I have never needed to see a chiro before now and must tell you I was rather sceptical, nervous and daunted by the process of selecting someone that would potentially be manipulating my back and body. I received a few recommendations and one in particular that was very good and consequently went along to see Dr of Chiropractic – Bob Griffiths. Because he specialises in so many things not just the chiro, for example he also offers acupuncture and physio and many more treatments. Consequently, you knew that whatever they recommended you needed would not be biased because they do it all in house! I have now been going for 3 weeks and am feeling much better. My pelvis is back in alignment and my problem is almost 100% better – I really am over the moon and ruddy impressed! I am also being taught the appropriate exercises to keep my core muscles strong and balanced.
Bonnie Torp
Bob, you sorted out my decade of pain in just a few sessions, I’ll be sending all my teammates to you!
Adam, Rower
I damaged my coccyx while snowboarding last year. I couldn’t sit for long periods and flying internationally (which I had to do a lot for work) was a nightmare. My trainer recommended Robert Griffiths (see Doctors and specialists in the UK, London). I liked that he has all the new technology, new ideas and know-how. After 8 treatments, using various methods, my injury was 90% better.
Now months later, it doesn’t bother me at all any more. Thank you.

I injured my coccyx in March 2010, likely in a car accident although the real pain only started 3 weeks later after a long haul flight. Initially the pain was manageable but by November 2010 sitting on my sofa at home or even a short car journey was really uncomfortable.
I found Rob through recommendations on this website (see Doctors and specialists in the UK, London). X-rays showed a partial dislocation. I had one internal manipulation (which was nowhere near as uncomfortable as I had feared) and following that had half a dozen sessions of acupuncture and ultrasound therapy. I now have no pain to touch on my coccyx, although I do experience some general achiness in the muscles around the sacrum after sitting for longer periods.
Providing I sit with good posture I can sit on hard surfaces and drive with no discomfort. I would highly recommend treatment with Rob to anyone experiencing coccyx pain.

I had been suffering from coccyx pain for nearly 2 years after injuring it whilst playing rugby. I had been to my GP, who had told me there was nothing I could do, except take pain killers and try to avoid hurting the area. I then decided to see Robert Griffiths (see Doctors and specialists in the UK, London). He immediately gave me hope that I could be pain free if I followed his advice regarding posture, exercise, weight loss etc.
After 3 sessions of treatment which included manipulation, laser therapy, acupuncture and muscle stretching I had no pain and felt confident enough to return to playing again that season.
I cannot thank Rob enough and would recommend anybody with a coccyx problem to go and see him.
Aidan, Rugby player
I developed coccyx pain after years of sitting at a desk and travelling lots because of my job as a Lawyer. The pain got to the point where it was nagging every day and I couldn’t sit down at my desk at all! I then decided to see someone, a friend recommended his Chiropractor who he had been seeing for a neck complaint. I was unsure what could be done to help, but Rob Griffiths (see Doctors and specialists in the UK, London) was really helpful. He took X-rays of my coccyx which revealed a displacement of the end tip of the coccyx. Effectively I was damaging the area every time I was sat down. Rob was very honest and straight talking, told me exactly what was wrong and how to fix it! He said it would require some internal manipulation to re-align the coccyx, which I was initially anxious about. Rob reassured me and guided me through the procedure, which was actually just uncomfortable rather than painful. It was explained to me that it would be a slow road to recovery, it eventually took around 6 months to fix, which I was happy to accept because I had been suffering for nearly 3 years before going to see Rob. I really wish to thank him personally for helping me get my normal life back, I can work and travel without pain. My lower back is also pain free and I have got back into a gym routine to prevent any problems reoccurring. Thanks again, I really hope others with the same problem can get the help Rob gave me!

“I couldn’t move my neck after a bike accident last year. I was given a collar and painkillers at the hospital. After 3 weeks and no improvement, I decided to call Robert Griffiths. He immediately started to fix the problem, told me to take the collar off and showed me how to exercise my neck safely. I see amazing improvements after each treatment and can now move my neck fully. I’m so glad I made the decision to seek proper help, treatment and advice. I would still be wearing a collar if I hadn’t!”
Sophie Kitson, Cyclist
“I used to have debilitating migraines at least once a month since I was a teenager, I had seen my GP and was given medication, but I didn’t want to take drugs for the rest of my life. A work colleague mentioned she had found great relief with her migraines after she saw her chiropractor, Robert Griffiths (aka Dr Bob). He really knew exactly what he was talking about, explained everything to me and gave me an incredible first treatment. I felt like a decades worth of tension had been lifted off my shoulders, I went back for some follow up treatments/exercises and I haven’t had a migraine in over 6 months. Thank you SO much!
Anna Burnham, Lawyer
“My dizziness used to affect me when I was working for long hours at the computer, I could feel my neck and shoulders stiffening up too, so I went to see Robert Griffiths at Pro Performance Clinics. He told me my posture was causing the issue, he gave me treatment plus acupuncture to release the tension and showed me some special exercises. I went back to work feeling one hundred times better, within 3 weeks my dizziness and shoulder tension had completely disappeared. He even contacted my HR department and got me a new chair, I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.”
Jenny Bolton, Insurance Analyst
“I was in full training for a triathlon when my intense shoulder pain stopped me from swimming. Bob Griffiths (Robert) had fixed my lower back 3 years ago, so I went back to see if he could work his magic on my arm too! The results were astonishing, in under a week my shoulder was pain free, doing my rehab and he even altered my swimming stroke to prevent the pain coming back. Fast results are what matter to people like me, so I recommend him to all my friends”
Alistair Dobson, Trader and Triathlete
“I fell off my bike during a race last year, afterwards by shoulder became incredibly painful and stiff. I went to my GP who told me to take painkillers and that it might last 4 years! I wasn’t happy, so went to see Robert Griffiths. He told me in straight terms that it was going to take time, but that there were lots of things we could do to improve the pain and stiffness without taking medication. I followed his advice and 14 months later I have a fit again shoulder. Bob went out of his way to explain everything to me, including what other exercise I could do while injured. I trust his no nonsense yet friendly approach and would recommend to everyone.”
Mark Burgess, Broker and Triathlete
“My entire office goes to see Bob when they have a pain or injury, so when my painful elbow wasn’t getting any better, I naturally called him too. He used a mix of acupuncture, deep tissue massage, ultrasound and some great advice, fixing my painful elbow in under 3 weeks! I now know why they all go to see him”!
Daniel B, Operational Analyst and Squash Player
“Bob Griffiths was the only person who was able to fix my painful wrists. I thought I would to have to put up with the pain until I received brilliant treatment from him. I can now work 5 days a week without pain, thank you for making such a difference to my life”
Anne Beatty, Secretary
“I was training for my first marathon when I started getting problems in my knee. I had seen a physio, but he just kept treating the knee without any improvements. Then I found Bob Griffiths, he explained why I hadn’t been getting any better, gave me an exercise to improve my glute muscles and some orthotics to stop the arches of my feel collapsing. The pain was gone within 2 weeks. I completed the marathon in under 4 hours and owe it all to his incredible skill and effort”.
Harriot, Finance Officer and Marathon Runner.
“I felt my hamstring pull during a training session a week before a cup final. I was gutted as I initially thought I was definitely going to miss the game. I contacted Bob Griffiths, he gave me hope that I would play from the first visit. His treatment was like nothing I’d ever experienced before. I practically ran out of the clinic without any pain. I played on the Saturday and we won, I cannot thank him enough for getting me fit in time.” Pete Marshall, 28, Rugby Player
I had a coccyx problem a month ago. It happened while I was sleeping and my friend accidentally kicked me to my buttocks. I woke up in the morning and I could not stand up any more. The pain was awfully strong. I had never had a problem with this so I couldn’t even think what has happened. Since I had to fly 10 h to get home, it got worse.
I was recommended to see Robert Griffiths in London (see Doctors and specialists in the UK, London). He did an awesome job. After 4 treatments I’m feeling 99% well already. Of course I did everything what he suggested me to do as well. So I wasn’t really doing any sports or sitting while I had that problem.
I’m very thankful and I would definitely recommend him!Thank you!!

I have never had back pain before but over the summer my foot slipped from under me as I was going downstairs at home. After a sitting fall down all 15 stairs on a steep carpeted staircase, I couldn’t believe how much my coccyx hurt. At first I put the pain down to being bruised and stocked up on heat pads/cold pads/ibuprofen gel/painkillers etc. and hoped that the pain would gradually disappear. After a couple of days it was still no better, so I visited my GP who’s normally fine and sympathetic, but other than prodding my back (nowhere near my coccyx) they seemed totally at a loss as to what to do about the pain just saying that I should take painkillers and that the pain would disappear with time or at least become more manageable. I put up with the pain (which was excruciating) by trying to sit curled up on my side whenever I had to sit down, or by standing up as much as possible. I have a toddler, so my coccyx pain became very limiting e.g. at bedtimes when we weren’t able to sit down to read a bedtime story together. It also became very difficult for me at work where I either sit at my desk or am in meetings for most of the working day – all of this became impossible due to the stabbing pains radiating from my coccyx and the general back aches developing because of the postures I had adopted to avoid sitting on my tailbone as much as possible.
I searched on the web for information about coccyx pain and found this site and the recommended specialists including Rob Griffiths (see Doctors and specialists in the UK, London). After about a week of coccyx pain I decided that enough was enough and made an appointment to see Rob.
I started seeing Rob only about a week or so after my initial fall and I’m convinced that seeing him quickly instead of waiting longer and grinning and bearing the pain helped to make my recovery a lot quicker than it might otherwise have been. He was very understanding and clear when explaining what the likely damage was and what sort of treatment might be helpful. I had an x-ray arranged very quickly and it was clear from this (even to my untrained eye) that my coccyx was not just bruised as my GP had suggested but significantly dislocated. It was strangely a huge relief to see the dislocation on the x-ray since it made it clear that there was something tangible that was wrong, and as Rob explained it would be possible to try to manipulate the coccyx back into position.
For the first few sessions he concentrated on calming the nerves and muscles down in the area by a combination of ultrasound massage and manual massage – whilst this was sometimes sore at the time given the tightly bunched up nerves and muscles, I could feel that this made a definite difference after each session especially when followed up as instructed with ice-packs. From the x-rays though it was clear that only internal manipulation of the coccyx would be able to bring it back into any semblance of its normal position – Rob was great about explaining the process very clearly and also showing me on the model spine what sort of movement of the coccyx would be required which was pretty minimal and would be done in only a few minutes. It was a no-brainer for me – endure significant and on-going pain which interfered with my life or choose a few moments of possible discomfort to have my coccyx internally manipulated in the hope that this would enable the coccyx to resettle in its original position. I remember chatting with a French friend who’s just could not understand what possible fuss there might be about internal manipulation of the coccyx, given that in France she’s used to being given medicines in suppository form and rectal thermometers are often used even for toddlers. As it was, Rob made the process as easy, straightforward, comfortable and as embarrassment-free as possible and was very good at making sure that I was okay throughout. It literally took only a couple of minutes.
Afterwards my coccyx was sore, but as the nerves and muscles settled down over the next couple of days it was 85% better from where it had been previously been, to the extent that I even forgot at times that I’d hurt my coccyx. I was careful to continue using a wedge cushion and to use cold-packs as directed and to avoid sitting as much as possible so that it had as good a chance as possible of recovering, but it was a huge and very, very noticeable improvement as a result of the internal manipulation. I’ve seen Rob for a few more sessions since then to check that the coccyx has stayed in place and to continue the ultrasound massage of the area so that the residual soreness died down. I’m now at the stage where my coccyx only aches if I’ve had to sit for a long period of time (which I try to avoid as much as possible) and that’s all thanks to Rob’s treatment. I had to travel an hour each way on the train to get to London for treatment which was a nuisance, but I figured that there was no point going to someone who didn’t know exactly what they were doing when dealing with coccyx pain. There’s no doubt at all that I would still be in significant pain had I not gone to Rob and I am really grateful to him for all that he did in making it possible for me to sit down pain-free!
